F1 CE Setup

It's great to see a lot of folks are out there playing F1CE. I would like to ask a few questions:

1. N/m/s = ?
2. Are your times Q1,Q2,or Q3 times? Or the times listed best race times?
3. The Speed gear ratios are they your own or this is what the game set up is?
4. Brake bias has 3 settings, but it looks like your staying in one correct?
5. Is there a web site that will explain Bump Damp, Anti Roll, and F! car set ups? Do you find this valuable?
